I love getting to know people of all ages and their stories. I believe we all have a story to tell, and counseling is an avenue to share that story, be heard, and feel supported through the changes you seek. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), and I find these evidence-based approaches work well to address concerns across the lifespan. I am also trained as a facilitator of the Demartini Method (DM), a process designed to help neutralize emotional charges and perceptions that may be creating distress or disruption in your life.

In addition to providing therapy, I am now offering clinical supervision and consultation. I am a Certified Supervisor through the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute, providing supervision that supports clinicians not only in play therapy work, but in overall clinical development, nervous system awareness, and therapeutic presence.

 

I also offer EMDR consultation for clinicians seeking support with case conceptualization, phase work, and integration, and I am currently completing my EMDR Consultation Certification. I provide supervision for provisionally licensed professionals as well as master’s-level students seeking clinical supervision.

My counseling and supervision style is warm, open, and collaborative. I value respect, compassion, and genuine care, and my approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Polyvagal-informed work, Mindfulness, and EMDR. Whether working with clients or supervisees, I draw from a wide range of tools and training to support growth, insight, and sustainable practice.
